This compilation is dedicated to every contributing artist and to our new & cherished friends from over 9,500 miles away. We love you.

The Refugee Trans Initiative Compilation was created by Big Boy Collective to benefit the organization of the same name. Located in Kenya, this group advocates for the rights and safety of transgender individuals fleeing persecution within their community. By establishing a communal safe house, R.T.I. has provided a haven for transgender people escaping physical abuse, experiencing forced eviction or extortion by authorities, and, above all, prioritizes the needs of their local transgender community. Big Boy Collective will donate the proceeds of this compilation, in its entirety, to the Refugee Trans Initiative in an effort to fund future R.T.I. initiatives and to spread awareness of this special group.

Big Boy Collective was founded in 2018 with the intention of promoting outsider artists and building a community capable of lasting change.
